Fortnite Fishing Holes Locations How To Blow Up Fishing Holes

You’ll need to complete the challenge at Lazy Lake Island, Steamy Stacks, and Lake Canoe, though. Fortnite fishing holes are easy to find in any lake, river, or sea. You can use grenades, but an even better way to take care of fishing holes is to grab a motorboat and shoot its unlimited supply of rockets into each fishing hole. Blowing up fishing holes is easy and we are going to tell you how to do it in order to complete the Season 5 Week 6 Challenges. The easiest way to blow up fishing spots is with motorboats.

This challenge leaked early; check back later this week to try it yourself. One challenge will send you to Sharky Shell, Sweaty Sands, and Flopper Pond, while the other will take you to Lazy Lake Island, Lake Canoe, and Steamy Stacks. The second challenge requires you to blow up three Fishing Holes at Lazy Lake island, Lake Canoe, and near Steamy Stacks.

Each week, Epic puts out new weekly challenges that Fortnite players are encouraged to complete in order to earn XP towards leveling up their Fortnite Battle Pass. The current week’s challenges, Season 5 Week 6, are out now and they revolve heavily around fishing. Two of the challenges require players to blow up fishing holes in designated locations and that is where we come in to show you exactly how to do that. There’s plenty of locations to blow up, but you’ll probably want a map if you don’t want to run around like a Slurp fish with its head cut off.

There are multiple challenges that task you with blowing up fishing holes at various locations. One will send you to Sharky Shell, Sweaty Sands, or Flopper Pond while the other will send you to Lazy Lake Island, Lake Canoe, and near Steamy Stacks. Take note that one challenge will have you visit all locations while the other can be completed at just one.

how do you blow up fishing holes in fortnite

You’ll need to destroy boats, catch fish, and blow up fishing spots at locations around the map. Blowing up fishing holes is simple–but finding all the locations you need to do it at isn’t as easy. This guide will show you all the locations you’ll need to hit and how to blow up fishing holes with ease. Your best option is to find a motorboat and use its unlimited supply of missiles to blow up fishing holes and quickly travel between the locations you need to visit. To Blow up Fishing Holes at Sharky Shell, Sweaty Sands, or Flopper Pond, you must head to one of these three locations and blow up fishing holes on the water.

We’d recommend avoiding Flopper Pond as there are not many spawns there. Finally, land at the beach to the west of Steamy Stacks where you’ll come to a long stretch of water. The motorboat is at the shallow end on the southern side of the narrow stretch. Take control of it and destroy your final fishing hole to complete the challenge. The larger locations are already named so you should know where those are at. For Sharky Shell, Flopper Pond, Lazy Lake Island, and Lake Canoe, look at the map above from left to right.

We had luck actually going inside the cave itself, as it guarantees the fishing holes will count if you blow them up. The other thing we should mention is that it’s somewhat tricky to actually land your shots with the boat correctly. That’s because the explosive doesn’t necessarily go where the crosshair indicates — especially when aiming down.
